Cameron Roubique has loved horror since the day he was born. He grew up in Westminster, Colorado. Even as a young kid, he was an avid reader. He started writing at age nine, trying to emulate his favorite authors: Stephen King, R.L. Stine, Ian Fleming, and Stan Lee. In high school he learned how to play guitar by sounding out Blink-182 songs and played in a pop-punk band. During that time, he also developed a deep love for the slasher films of the 1980s.
In 2012, he began writing what would eventually become his first novel, Kill River, which he finally released in the summer of 2015. Since then, he has cranked out 7 books total. Every novel he writes is set in the past, and he paints all his cover art himself. His latest and greatest novel, Frankie Graves, is a two-part miniseries set in both 1958 and 1981.
He currently lives in Thornton, Colorado, with his wife Darla, and cat Penny Lee, and is hard at work on his next novel.
